Cancelled Orders

All cancelled orders will be subject to a 3.5% charge for the credit card transaction fee which we incur. All orders that are cancelled while in transit are subject to both the $12 UPS accessory fee and the cost of returning the item to our warehouse. Also see Shipment Charges and Shipping Information.

Chargeback Policy

If you have a question regarding an order contact us via email In the event that a reseller issues a Chargeback with their bank or Credit Card Company we will issue a $25.00 fee. This charge will be issued to the reseller regardless of the outcome of the dispute.

Production Lead Times

For large orders of survival kits we may require a lead time. We also may require a lead time for large product orders as well.

The above figures represent estimates. If something occurs out of our control which delays the shipment, Alpha Omega Survival Gear will not be held responsible. Shipping times vary depending on the destination of the products.

Shipment Charges and Shipping Information

Shipments are sent by UPS from Boise, Idaho 83705. We ask that you pay close attention to the shipping information as you submit your orders; UPS charges a $12 correction fee if they have to adjust anything on the shipping label (i.e. – Street Number, Zip Code, etc.).

All orders containing less than 10 Survival Kits will ship within 2-5 business days. Sometimes shortages may occur with products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping charges. Please note that it is rare that this will occur but uncontrollable circumstances may cause shortages.

All risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier (normally UPS). Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance if desired. Shipments going to Canada will have an additional customs charge not handled by Alpha Omega Survival Gear.

Be aware that any order going to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii will have an additional charge of $15 – $35 to cover extra shipping fees that our website is not able to calculate.  Your order(s) will not be submitted to the warehouse until the extra shipping costs have been paid for.


***For any orders shipping freight it is the customer’s responsibility to schedule a delivery date and time with the trucking company. If you fail to do so, the order could be charged storage fees or could possibly be returned to us which you will be responsible for any extra charges.***

Refund/Return Policy

At Alpha Omega Survival Gear we make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. All shortages must be reported within 30 days as well. If the item(s) is defective, Alpha Omega Survival Gear will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire survival kit.

Alpha Omega Survival Gear will NOT accept any returns for any shipments outside the continental United States.

Should you notice or have any discrepancy in your billing/invoicing you have 30 days to report it to Alpha Omega Survival Gear.

If the merchandise purchased was defective in anyway, the customer will have will have 60 days to notify Alpha Omega Survival Gear of the defective merchandise. If we are notified within 60 days a replacement product will be shipped out at no additional cost to the customer. Please note that we will replace only defective items included in the kit.

If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100.

If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded.

Food and water products cannot be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products cannot be issued.

On orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise the shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original charge of the order.

Any order placed on a credit/debit card that is canceled before it ships out will have a 3.5% cancellation fee deducted from the refund.  If the order has shipped before we were able to cancel it, then the return policy mentioned above will be applied.

5 Year Backpack Replacement Warranty

As of November 1st, 2012, in addition to our regular replacement / refund policy, the following pertains to all orders which include the Auto Bag (BAB), Elite Multi-Pocket Backpack (BBP), Multi-Pocket Backpack (BCB), Camo Bag (BCM) and the Waterproof Cooler Bag (BWC).  Not only are our bags and backpacks ideal for emergency preparedness situations, they’re also great for general day to day use, as well as hiking and camping.  We know that our customers use our bags and count on them for both recreational activities and survival situations.  For this reason we want to be sure that our customers can get a replacement should the bag that they purchased become damaged due to normal use.  The replacement bag must be purchased within 5 years of the original purchase date.

Here’s how it works.

1.  Take a photo of the damaged bag and send it to us at

  1. Donate the damaged bag to Goodwill, Salvation Army, Deseret Industries or any other recognized charity.  The charity will be able to sell, use or repair the bag. Donating the bag will ensure that we aren’t filling up landfills with bags that can be repaired and put to good use.  Once you donate the bag get a donation receipt.
  2.  Send the donation receipt to us via email so that we know the bag has been donated and it has gone to a good home.
  3.  Pay shipping and handling (prices below) and we’ll get a replacement bag sent directly to you.

International Shipments: 

Any packages that ship internationally need to check with custom officials to make sure all items in the order will pass through without any issues.  If there is extra documentation that we need to include with the package, you will need to notify us so we can try to retrieve the documentation before the package leaves our warehouse. Any storage fees related to customs or holds in other countries is the responsibility of the customer to pay.  Please note, some documents that we may have to retrieve can have extra charges, which our customers are responsible for paying the extra charges.

Canada Orders: Due to customs rules and regulations we can no longer ship our Preparedness Seeds to Canada

Australia Orders:  Due to customs rules and regulations we can’t ship any flammable products to Australia.  Also, any freight orders going to Australia on pallets, the pallets must be heat treated and stamped.

Per the Return Policy, Alpha Omega Survival Gear will NOT accept any returns for any shipments outside the continental United States.

Product Shortages:

If a product shortage does occur substitutions will be shipped in their place. The substitution product will be similar to the original product.

Damaged Items:

For any damaged items, we do process claims with our courier.  We do not issue refunds or replacements until the claims process is complete.  We also require pictures and require that the receiver holds onto any damaged items and the package it arrives in, so the courier can come and inspect the package.

Missing and Replacement orders:

All missing and/or replacement orders get shipped once a week on Fridays.  Our cut off time for missing and/or replacement orders is Thursday by 5:00 PM, Mountain Time.
